The 3D scan, the extractions, the implant surgery, the same-day provisional bridge, and the final zirconia bridge all happen at 436 N. Sunset Ave. Nothing is referred out to a surgical center across the valley, and one specialist stays accountable for the outcome.

Consultation, surgery, the provisional bridge, and the final restoration all take place at our West Covina office. Covina patients aren't handed off to a separate surgical practice partway through treatment.

No, and you shouldn't want to. The consultation includes a 3D CT scan that we use to plan every implant position digitally before surgery. Surgery is scheduled separately once that plan and your written estimate are agreed on.
Yes. Full-arch implant placement is a longer appointment than most dental work, and we offer sedation options so patients can get through it comfortably. We discuss what's appropriate for you at the consultation.
Very often, yes — denture wearers are among the most common All-on-4 candidates. Years under a denture usually mean some bone loss, but the angled rear implants in All-on-4 are specifically designed to work with reduced bone, which is why patients previously turned down for implants frequently qualify.
